I needed some JB weld and they were close and had it. A great local place!
I'm still fuming after my latest visit to Ganahl Lumber in Laguna Beach. As a homeowner who's had to make a few repairs, I thought being right around the corner from this store would be a blessing. Boy, was I wrong. The staff seems more interested in standing around than actually helping customers. I've never experienced such blatant disregard for customer service. When I asked for help, I was met with eye-rolls and condescending attitudes. It's like they think they're doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. And don't even get me started on the products. I bought a $3.00 drill bit that didn't work properly, and returning it was a hassle. The manager's attitude was the final straw - basically telling me to take my business elsewhere. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business (and my repairs) to Home Depot. Ganahl Lumber, you had a captive customer right next door, but you've blown it. Get it together, or expect to see me (and my wallet) walking out the door for good. Art R
Ganahl is pretty much the place for tools lately. Theyre the only only place ive seen recently that carries everything and has it in stock.

I called to get a quote and Janet assisted me. She was wonderful, very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. The quote was just what I needed, there were three different quotes and information on each door. ( I knew nothing about doors) I went into the store and the showroom amazing, the displays highlighted features and made it easy to decipher what is what. All the sales people were helpful and very professional.
