This rating should be zero stars. We ordered custom doors, exterior Dutch for our new home And they made them to open out instead of in, which is not the normal way. they also did not give us the discount we asked for it. They made The doors to open out with a right swing and they should be opening inside. I will change my review if they make it right. But as of now it doesn’t look like they are going to make it right. I would either like my money back, or I would like new doors made correctly. We are not experts in door making, so we did not know that the doors were being made wrong. Somebody should’ve discussed this with us.. My suggestion is to not use this company. Their customer service is horrible.
It always takes at least an hour to get about two pieces of facia board. When you buy it at sales and go to pick it up, there is usually no one there waiting to help you to get wood. They’re always out in the yard doing their other job I guess. It is difficult when you’re on a worksite needing to pick up wood at a reasonable time and then have to wait for no reason at a million lumberyard you think they would have better assistance.Customer services is key if not, there wouldn’t be this review.
Had to special order some railing and Brenda Montes helped us at service desk. She was awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. A great experience.
The best lumberyard around. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, prices are a little bet higher than places like Home Depot or Lowe’s, but the quality is way much better.
Great selection of furniture grade lumber and milled products.
