Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid foundersβscrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because itβs what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Service was fast and friendly from the start. The revolving sushi plates are delicious looking and not too expensive. We ordered from the menu as well just to choose some favorite items. The dining room was small but they have counter seats and a couple booths for groups. Canβt wait to go back and try the shrimp fried rice and a few more tasty rolls. Our Hawaiian, Dragon, and Hidden Dragon Rolls were awesome!! Thanks Fuji Sushi. π£ π€©ππ½ Daniele Fuson BP
Weβre parents to a 1 year old, which means Valentines day was a bit of a last minute thought this year. We gathered up the strength on the last leg of the day and rounded up the troop for sushi! What spot would you recommend to make the night fun and entertaining for all of us? Thatβs right, revolving sushi belt. We arrived a little past 5pm to a fairly empty restaurant. With 2 servers working, and a couple of chefs behind the counter, this seemed like a quiet night. We were passed menus, while we slid down our booth seats- to really no other direction after. It was our first time, so we had no idea what we were walking into. Menu does not have much direction, but thankfully- we made it through. Servers were in close enough proximity to order anything off menu, and the conveyor belt is an endless free for all. With plates ranging between $3 to $5 dollars. We opted to get their Fuji Garlic Fries ($7.99), an order of their Crispy Rice ($8.99) and tried their Milk Tea ($6). The plates all consisted of 2 pcs of different sushisβ. This gives you ample opportunity to try different flavors and combos, without the commitment to a plate of 6-8 pieces. We got 17 plates in and a recurring grab for us was their Salmon Nigiri, $4.25 a plate for 2pcs of thickly sliced salmon. Great quality fish, they had their peppered option and one with a dollop of a mayo sauce as well which were all divine. Aside from salmon, we saw eel and shrimp and 1 seared tuna tataki. There weren't any other fish for nigiri which was disappointing. A majority of their rolls were California rolls with a twist, basically all artificial crab meat which is not our thing. Overall, the food was decent, not quite bang for your buck but the experience was definitely fun. Weβll probably try out other revolving sushi restaurants before opting to come back here.
Really yummy sushi and sashimi! I loved the vibes of the restaurant and would definitely come back again. Service is really great and fast, and everyone is so friendly there :D
I had an unfortunate experience here and wanted to share it to hopefully help others and the business. After dining, I got food poisoning and reached out directly, not seeking compensation but just to let them know so they could address it internally. Unfortunately, instead of showing concern, I was told it must have been something else I ate and was dismissed. I truly wish the response had been more understanding, as I only wanted to help prevent this from happening to others. I will also be contacting the health department so theyβre aware.
See captions for details. In general the sense is they are trying to stay open and I donβt blame them but fish inside Costco which is 300 feet away is a better deal. Service is well meaning.
