    I had a great experience at Freshleaf Dental. Doctor Anderson was very professional and patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything before starting the treatment, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I especially want to mention the front desk staff — they were incredibly kind and helpful. They patiently walked us through the insurance details and even went the extra mile to help us maximize our insurance coverage. That kind of care really makes a difference. The office is clean, well-organized, and the entire process was smooth and transparent. I truly appreciate how thoughtful and honest everyone was. Highly recommend this office, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I cannot say enough good things about Abbie and Karina. They were always so helpful and were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately everything else about this office was a mess. It seems like they hired different dentists for each appointment so do not expect consistency when you come here. I had good dentists and one that was so rough with a filling that he made me shed a tear. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes past my appointment times to get called to the back. It was not common for my appointments to start on time. The front desk staff were unorganized and it seemed like I was always giving a different answer every time I spoke with them. I began my Invisalign treatment back in September 2023 when there was a Groupon offer. I unfortunately couldn’t put the deposit until Monday so I called on the last day of their offer (Friday) to see if they can honor the discounted price until Monday. The front desk person at the time told me she could and would make a note on my file. I called on Monday and there was no note of that sort. They still had a promotion and it was only $200 more… fine it was just $200 more. Finished my Invisalign treatment and paid upfront for my retainers back in January 2025. Was told by a different receptionist at the time that she would charge my insurance and reimburse me the difference. Keep in mind she told me the insurance should cover the entire cost. My retainers arrived and I kept going for routine cleanings. I kept calling and asking if they had a status update on my retainer reimbursement, kept getting the same thing “no change, I’ll call your insurance and give you a call back.” Never got a call back from them, I had to keep calling Fresh Leaf. It was May 2025 at this point and I asked again. The receptionist said there was still not payment from my insurance and she would change the coding of the claim to see if that pushes it through. Well I received a EOB from my insurance and I called Fresh Leaf and they said they didn’t receive said payment that my insurance said they had issued. I called again maybe around July or August and was told that the EOB I had received was for a completely different service. I called again and was told the same EOB was coded incorrectly and they would have to audit my file and submit another claim with my insurance. The second claim was denied by insurance because according to my insurance, it was duplicated from the first EOB and the dentist did cash out the payment in September. As the last attempt I asked to get some form of reimbursement from the office. They said they would ask and call me back. No surprise that I didn’t hear back from them. They also do not have the best email communication. They said they would email me a referral and they never did.

    Maybe they will attend to you better if you don't have Medi-Cal Denti-Cal insurance. They only polished my teeth during cleaning appointment, no other thorough steps as other honest dentists do. It's sad how people are discriminated based on their insurance and not give you the care you deserve because they see you as less-than. I used to come here, but won't anymore. Their service is not what my new dentist said inclusive and honest. Please do a better job in treating other people fairly.

    The staff was very friendly and very professional. I’m satisfied with the cleaning that I received by Karina the hygienist.. Abby did a great job by taking my full set of x-rays.. The Dr. did a great job removing my wisdom tooth.. extraction was quick and smooth without pain.. Liz was very kind to follow up with me the next day to ask if I needed anything.. definitely making this place my dental home..

    This was my first experience booking and attending my own dentist appointment after entering into adulthood. The dental assistants and dentist made it an easy, stress-free time! Calling to book an appointment was simple and quick. Everyone I met on the day of my appointment were kind and patient. The room I was in featured store front windows with a view of greenery. It made for a calm environment. I look forward to returning for routine cleanings and all my other dentistry needs.
