I wouldn’t rent a house from this agent. The practices she and her clients use are not above board. When we moved into a property she let us she withheld keys on the day of move in until 5pm because her client wasn’t listed on our renter’s insurance. That actually is not allowed and our move in was delayed 9 hours needlessly. In addition, they need a move out inspection prior to us moving out. Never said anything. Suddenly they are withholding part of the deposit because the carpet was “flattened” in one spot. Under CA law this is normal wear and tear. We are now past 21 days and I do not have my money back. This is illegal.
