I’ve been a loyal customer of Focal Point for years, and the front desk has always treated me with great care. For the past couple of years, I’ve been seeing Dr. Phan—she’s amazing. She takes her time and ensures everything is done perfectly. I genuinely enjoy being in her care.

I appreciate Dr Thu Phan and staff! The staff that took me in to do the initial tests was efficient and gave instructions clearly. Dr Phan was efficient with the whole exam and I appreciate with the patient care - she followed up and gave a call letting me know she compared my scan from my last visit that there was no concern. I appreciate the follow up call. I love the efficiency of this office

I’ve always had a good experience at Focal Point Optometry in Orange. I’ve been going there for a few years now. Dr.Thu Phan is amazing! Personable, knowledgeable,…a wonderful eye doctor. The support staff, including the office workers are equally great, amiable, and well informed

Immediately welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, seen and heard. If I could recommend this place over a loud speaker, I would. Each visit is consistent and the exams are thorough and revealing. Highly recommended. Front desk, assistants and Optometrist are all stellar. Dr. Neda Nilieh is excellent👌🏾

Very friendly. Doctor was informative and explained all the tests and results. The desk was great in helping me with my new glasses prescription selection.
