Good service and the sushi tasted pretty good too. I got the baked salmon (midnight sun) roll. It was a little heavy on the garlic aioli and crispy onion, so it took away from the taste of the roll itself and made it pretty soggy. I would probably try again, but get a lighter sushi option.
Fish in a Bottle Express is easily one of my favorite sushi spots around. The quality of the fish is consistently fresh, the flavors are spot-on, and you can tell the chef puts real care into every dish. The rolls have the perfect balance of creativity and authenticity—nothing gimmicky, just genuinely great food. The service is warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed. If you love sushi—or even if you’re just sushi-curious—Fish in a Bottle Express should absolutely be on your list. Highly recommend.
This is our Favorite Sushi place! 😃🍣 Everything is awesome from the food to the service to the atmosphere. If you like Sushi, or even Yellowtail cheek/color, they have the best!
I came here for the first time even though I passed by daily, multiple times a day. I ordered online to make it easy for myself. My to-go order was complete and ready for pickup by the time stated on the app. Everything tasted good and fresh. Will definitely return.
