Chilaquiles with Carne Asada — about $24 We both ordered the Mexican Chilaquiles – $15.99, which comes with refried tortilla chips cooked with scrambled eggs and hot sauce, covered in melted Jack and cheddar cheese, and served with rice and beans. We added carne asada for $7.30, so the total was about $24. Let me tell you… every single dollar was worth it. When the chef brought out our plates, they were steaming — and I mean steaming hot. I absolutely loved that. The smell hit us right away, and it was mouthwatering. Just look at the picture and tell me it doesn’t make you hungry. The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium, with that beautiful soft yolk. The carne asada was cooked medium and placed right on top of the red sauce tortilla chips that were still steaming underneath. Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Now let me talk about those beans. Oh my goodness. I don’t know what they do to them, but they are incredible. They were so rich and smooth, I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a little lard in there because they were that delicious. And the rice? Fluffy, hot, and cooked perfectly. The piece of carne asada was huge and such a great cut of meat. It was lean, tender, and had hardly any fat. Usually, carne asada gets stuck in my teeth and I’m reaching for floss later. Not this time. This was a clean, quality cut, and every bite was amazing. There was so much food on the plate that I couldn’t finish it — but don’t get it twisted, every single piece of that carne asada was gone. It was just too good to leave behind. I really wish they were closer to me because I would be here all the time. I’ve been coming here for the past 7 or 8 years, and somehow they just keep getting better. Chef’s kiss to the chef for such an incredible meal. Honestly, this is one of those “last meal request” kind of dishes. Thank you to the entire team — from the waitress to the busser to the bartenders. Top-notch staff all around. We will absolutely be back, and I will always recommend this restaurant. Keep up the amazing work

Overall solid place. We were in town and we're recommended this spot from a family friend. I only have one downside...but first, the highlights. The staff, even though we got swapped/shift change the consistency remained great. Multiple attempts to refill our drinks and to make sure our food was to our liking. As a former drinker, the Non alcoholic Corona was pleasant to have and enjoyed one. My son loved his burrito and my wife liked her Birria tacos plate. The only downside was my food...the "Big Bacon Energy" salad...with that name...you'd figure it'd be more than just a addition of some crispy bacon...I added Asada to it, without it would have, a little bland, just at least describe it as a Wedge salad...something else... But overall, again experience was good. I'd give it another try. We got right before a big rush, easy to see why youre popular.

Not as good as the original!!! The plates are far smaller for the same price. The service sucked! The staff was not interested at all. Why even seat us if you don’t want our business. Took 45 minutes to get more chips and then they passed us up for other tables also complaining they wanted more chips. Then the food came out under cooked and just greasy. No need to change a thing Farolito because we will never come back you can count on that. $100 for complete crap food. It’s not worth taking a chance you will end up wasting your money when there are 20 other Mexican restaurants surrounding this place.

Great food and service. It's a little awkward when they hand you the credit card screen and the options for tipping start at 20% and go to 35%.
