Ronnie the technician was the most professional I have met from your company. He listened to my issues and fixed it immediately . Ronnie went out of his way and provided me with additional services. He added rings to the rollers for a better fit and helped me with installing new batteries for the remote controls. I give him a perfect 10 plus.

I called this firm for service and repair of my garage door. The person who took my call was very friendly and the appointment was easy to set up. Our tech, Ronnie S., arrived first thing the next morning. Very friendly and informative. He explained fully what would be included in the visit fee and then got to work. A few broken hinges were promptly replaced and a bent panel was straightened. Within an hour, the door was working perfectly. I believe I received great service at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Had a maintenance visit. The tech arrived at the early part of the time range, performed the maintenance activities. We had noticed some additional noise from the garage, the only thing he saw that might contribute to that was frayed tension cables, so he replaced those. Overall, satisfied with the visit.

This morning, I noticed that the bottom aluminum strip of the garage door had come off, so I called to schedule a repair. Keegan W. handled the repair—he was very friendly and professional, discussed the repair options with me, and with his expertise and efficiency, the job was quickly completed.
