Really bad experience with a blonde lady employee here yesterday. I'm visiting from San Diego and my friend owns a place right behind the shop. I pulled in to park in the back lot as instructed, and she starts speaking to me and then tells me she can't answer questions and refers me to the private guard they hire to patrol the lot. As I am speaking with him she interjects and starts barking at me rudely. It was unnecessary because I was not being combative or disagreeable with guard or her, just wanted clarity. I can understand the parking is tight here because of the location so it's good to keep tight boundaries, but her abrasiveness was out of line.

Such a beautiful little flower shop, absolutely loved the vibe as soon as I walked in. The aesthetic is charming and welcoming, and Suzen made the experience even better. She was incredibly helpful, gave me thoughtful recommendations, and had the kind of positive energy that just makes your day better.
It wasn’t just about picking out flowers, it felt like a genuine, feel-good experience. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about helping you find the right arrangement. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great service, beautiful flowers, and good energy all around!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful English Garden treats their customers. My husband wanted to surprise me for our 50th wedding anniversary. He ordered white roses to be delivered to Splashes restaurant in Laguna Beach.. Well we were both overwhelmed with the beautiful arrangement that arrived to our table!! They went above and beyond to make our special day even more special! Thank you English Garden. We will be back! 💕⚘

Suzen did a beautiful job interpreting my vision of my bridal bouquet! It was perfect and she was able to work within my budget. Suzen was so personable and friendly throughout the entire experience. We spent some time talking on the phone and texting inspiration photos back and forth. I hope to work with her again in the future! It was a sincere pleasure and her lovely creation will be enjoyed forever in our wedding photos! Thank you, Suzen!
