Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Met our friend Julie, Violet, Roc, and Dean for lunch at El Cortez. The ambiance was positive, and our staff of servers starting with Shelsea, Fidel, Atrziry, and Molly were friendly, attentive, and professional. The chips and salsa were good, and the margaritas, Don Julio Blanco, and bloody Mary's were all good. We had fajitas, enchiladas, chile Verde, omelets, and soup. All the food was hot and tasty. Good people, service and food. Recommended
This is not my first time here. I keep getting their burritos and they never disappoint. (I always forget to mention mild salsa, because they are quite spicy!! The servers are friendly and they know their regulars here. Great for family, date night, or just a solo dinner at the bar. I got their Discovery Burrito and this thing is MASSIVE— Look at pic!! Very tasty and full is sauce, guac, and sour cream on the side. I recommend, even if you’re small like me. Will be back.. Gracias, guys!
Had a nice time with friends. Our server Alex was super friendly and made our dining experience extra nice. Food is fantastic and portion sizes are big. Highly recommended if you are in the mood for Mexican :)
Great tacos, rice, and beans. One of my crispy tacos split in half and wasnt so crispy on the bottom. Still though, pretty good food and decently big portions. Overpiced as all places are, but might be worth it to some people.
Such a good ambience. The Cadillac margarita is awesome. I had the Chile verde for lunch, very good. They are busy for lunch but the restaurant is big so no lines. They still have the outside seating, which is very good for them. Lots of locals but families too.
