Summer 2023 I brought in my trash 15 year old dirt jumper to get serviced and Dave helped get me right. He did a comprehensive job, installing new brakes, chain, and truing the wheel as best as it could get. I also brought it a 20 year old yeti to see if it was worth putting money into. He replied by saying that it’s a great time to purchase a setup on the secondary market or new since many brands went under and others manufactured way to many because of the demand during covid. He also commented that trash pick up was on Wednesdays… Dave didn’t actually say that last part but I left it in their bin anyways. Thanks! Winter 2022 I visited the shop again. Tanner helped fit my aunt in some Burton boots. He took the time in finding her the correct size and suggested that she could ride a mens model since she has wider feet. I believe this was prior to burton coming out with wide models. She’s been very happy with them! Also, Cam and Reilly were fun to chat with while I waited on my aunt. I recommend this shop to friends and family all the time. In 2021 I came in looking for a new board for the season. I described to the staff member (Edson) my style of riding and after listening super patiently, he began to walk through the entire store showing me what he thought would be a good fit. He really catered to all my needs and I appreciate that his main priority was to get me in the right gear and not to just make a quick sale. I love that these guys really care about the sport and want to share their passion with others! It definitely shows in the products they stock, the customer service they provide, and the level of absolute stokeness the place has! I’m loving my Nitro beast; it's perfect! THANK YOU
All I wanted to do was buy a simple rear shock for my bike. I placed my order, super easy. About an hour later I get an email from a third party with what looked like an encrypted email address, no branding, no official store credentials, "Dreamruns" was misspelled in the subject, looked really suspicious... so I ignored it, flagged as spam thinking it was a scam. Another hour later, I get an email from Amazon, my method of payment, saying my payment was still pending... what the heck? So I email Dreamruns to find out that for some reason, my Chase credit card through Amazon that I've never had an issue with before was flagged as suspicious, and I need to send pictures of my drivers license and credit card in order for them to trust my payment! That's ridiculous, and sending sensitive docs on the internet isn't something I'd ever do for security reasons, obviously... and this is completely a Dreamruns policy on randomly flagging peoples' credit cards for further verification. It's insulting and frustrating, so just be aware of this if you're looking for a quick, no-hassle transaction with these people... You may be put through the ringer. Good thing I can get that shock pretty much anywhere else...
I was a little nervous ordering something online from a company I’d never heard of, but after a little research I decided they seemed legit. I ordered two new tires for my mountain bike and they shipped them quickly at a great price. I would definitely recommend buying from Dreamruns.
Ordered tires on a Tues. Called Thurs about ETA to ship, no answer so I left a message. No call back so I called again Fri, still no answer at the online orders line so I called retail store. Told the tires would not ship for 1 week and that “we get a lot of orders to ship out” as reasoning for this timeline. I’m just not satisfied with either the communication or the ability to ship out orders in a timely manner so I canceled the order. Tires are available locally for more money but time is more valuable to me.
Great customer service. Tanner spent about 2 hours helping me get my kids set up, it was awesome to get the help and he was super patient. This is my second time coming here. I'll be back when I need more gear.
