Dishonest!?
Dr is in my insurance network but he charged me full price insisting my insurance did not cover it.
I checked with my insurance and found out that the procedure was covered. I called Dr.'s office and asked them to submit to Insurance that paid them. Thereafter, Dr.'s office told me that I needed surgery and they would give me credit when insurance approval is obtained. After a few weeks I checked with my insurance (to this day, 3+ months later) no request for procedure approval has been submitted by the Dr.'s office. For my refund, I had to contact my credit card company .
Very Frustrating! Unorganized! A used car salesman! Patients go to doctors to heel not increase the pain by adding financial lost to it!

I can’t thank Dr. Elyassian and his staff enough for the wonderful work that they do. I never knew having a gum and bone graft surgery could be such a pleasant experience; having no pain and getting to watch a movie. Before the surgery Dr. Elyassian took the time to explain everything to my husband and me. I was impressed with the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
I’m glad to have found Dr. Elyassian and truly am grateful to him and his warm staff for the expert care I received. I had no idea how technically advanced the field had become … surprised at the lack of soreness from the surgery. Thank you again Dr. Elyassian for the superb treatment!

Dr. Elyassian is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very kind and respectful, as well as responsible. He has great communication with his patients and he knows how to listen to our worries. He explains with detail the procedures and treatments. After each treatment, he takes the time to call the patient to make sure that everything is okay. Dr. Elyassian has a smile every time, and he makes the patient feel like a part of his family.
The office and staff are incredible; it is always easy to find and make an appointment with him. Becky, the manager of the office, always tries to help the patient with respect, and she always smiles too. Becky does an amazing job and that reflects onto the other employees. In general, all of the staff are kind and welcoming, and they always make the patient feel like they are cared for and loved.
Based on my experience on the service and treatment I have received, I have had positive results. I recommend Dr. Elyassian with much confidence and you will not regret choosing him and arriving at his office.

I've been a patient at DI&LSS for almost a year now. My experience has been great. Dr. Elyassian and staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional in their interactions with me. I really appreciate that this dental office is modern and uses all of the latest technology in implant dentistry. Even though my insurance did not cover my procedure, I was able to use CareCredit to pay for it which was very helpful. From the extraction down to the placement of the implants and crowns, Dr. Elyassian was meticulous with each step making sure everything was done right. He showed me the X-rays and thoroughly explained what he was doing and I appreciate that. My surgery was seamless and I healed well. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Elyassian and staff.

DR. Elyassian and his staff are all amazing. He really made sure my fiancée had a successful and safe wisdom teeth removal surgery. Angelica especially was beyond helpful with the approval process with our dental insurance company. She continually followed up with us and let us know what was going on in the process. We cannot recommend them enough!
