Dr. Chu is very professional and very welcoming. I've just only began seeing her as a primary dentist but the experience has been exceptional. She was very understanding of our situation and scheduled us in as early as she could. Nancy Chu is a blessing! After years of avoiding any dentistry due to a bad experience, it was a delight to find Nancy’s practice a few years ago. She’s honest with her work, and a perfectionist at her craft. What I like most about what she practices, is her value for proactive care and for sparing teeth first and foremost. Id say It’s rare to find a dentist who values keeping teeth as intact as possible before having to drill into them. She just completed some amazing work on an old crown that was previously done poorly. She was able to spare what little tooth I had left to add on a well done custom, porcelain crown that fits much better in my gum. For my husband he has had similar issues. For him, she was able to fix areas of his teeth that needed to be built back up without having to shave them down or add a crown. I appreciate that Nancy’s involved with all aspects of her craft. She handles everything, from the cleaning to the elaborate procedures, and she’s great with giving the anesthetic. I appreciate that whenever she offers a tool or a remedy, it’s something she had used or would use for herself. She treats her customers like family and is very personable. If you want honest and very well done dentistry work, Nancy would be the one.
Dr. Chu has been our dentist for over seven years. She is warm and friendly, and we experience no anxiety because we are "going to the dentist." She is honest and fair, with great skill covering many areas of dentistry. Our teeth are in great condition because of regular visits and a proactive approach to dental health. Dr Chu took over the practice of my long time dentist when he repaired. I knew he wouldn’t let just anyone dentist take over his practice. Now Nancy and I have a long time relationship. Dr. Chu is a marvelous dentist. Her work on my teeth has been excellent, but what truly sets her apart is how conscientious she is. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and she has always been very patient with me and genuinely makes me me feel welcome and cared for.
