Stoked I found these folks! Finding a new dentist is always scary, but after my first visit with Dr Patel and his crew yesterday I hopefully won't have to look for a dentist for a long time. The staff is all extremely friendly and professional. Sarah was my hygienist and was very attentive and gentle throughout the process. Dr. Patel prioritized my treatment options for me and Kim at the front desk was quick to check my insurance coverage and get back to me after my visit.
I would highly recommend Dana Point Smiles to anyone needing dental work...This place is AWESOME! The front staff – Kim is so kind, friendly, personable and always willing to help out. Dr. Patel is great, kind, very intelligent and knows everything about the dental field with over 35 years of experience. He’s great with his patient and makes you feel very comfortable and talks you through every stage during surgery. I wouldn't look into going to another dentist but this one because they are wonderful, friendly, clean, no wait times, no rush, very organized, happy, thoughtful, respectful, amazing with their customers the list can go on at how wonderful this business is but most of all they all care about you and your needs and give the best information you need to know. I LOVE DR PATEL!!! I was going to a dentist before and had a lot of problems with the work another dentist had done. Dr Patel has been working to make everything correct. He is gentle , funny, and kind. He does not push you into doing dental work that is not needed like some other dentists. Kim at the front desk is wonderful! Fit's me in whenever possible and always checks in with me. she has the office running like a it is a breeze. when we all know that scheduling and dealing with Insurance and payments are not an easy job! Lauren the dental assistant I look forward to talking with. She is so nice and funny. Always asking about my family members and how they are doing. Also making sure I am comfortable at all times.(Great job Lauren!) The dental hygienist always has pandora streaming and asks what your preference is on music. She is gentle and does a full check on your teeth. I can't say enough about this office as a team. I call them the dream team. I am a lifelong client. Once I found them, my whole family now goes to them.Don't hesitate to call for any needs. they really are wonderful! Thank you so much for taking care of myself and my family. we appreciate you!
Dr. Patel and his staff are attentive, caring, and very knowledgable in the field. If there's anyone you should trust for your teeth, it's Dr. Patel at Dana Point Smiles! I went to Dr. Patel for the extraction of four teeth. He and his friendly and accommodating staff put me at ease despite the fear I had. In preparation for the procedure, they explained everything that they were doing, and why they were doing it. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am and that's exactly when I was called in. They didn't waste time in the preparation, and they were very efficient. After the procedure, they gave me post op instructions, with ice packs and extra gauze, and detailed instructions of how to best care for my mouth. They followed up via email with specific post op instructions and examples of what patients typically experience, which has provided a lot of relief. I will be returning soon for the removal of my stitches, and I will definitely be recommending Dana Point Smiles to all of my family and friends!!
Excellent service and professional staff. Dr. Hemant is one of the best dentist I have come across. He is very knowledgeable and always on top of the latest technology.
