POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES
In a town full of visiting people, this shop has poor business practices that will eventually be the downfall of this 'boutique'. Similar to other reviews, I bought a dress that I just needed to EXCHANGE for a different size. They didn't have my size but refused to EXCHANGE the dress, which would be good business practice and encourage respeat customers. Will not shop here again!

My very favorite boutique in Downtown San Clemente. Tika is a fabulous buyer offering a large variety of every seasons most adorable items.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with this store. They don’t clearly display their return policy - so i when i had to return a dress I bought for my growing bump (the next day of purchase) noticing parts of it scratching my skin - they denied my request:( and said the information about no return is indicated in my receipt…after the purchase was made. Honestly, I would love to support local small businesses - but they should follow certain rules or at least make exemptions in situations like this.

What a great place! Tika was so attentive as we tried on so many different outfits! Love my clothes and love the customer service I received. We will be back to shop again!
