I had such an incredible experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, calm, and beautifully run. The entire team is professional, kind, and genuinely attentive. My dentist is exceptional. Thorough, knowledgeable, and gentle, they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the level of precision and care that went into my treatment. It’s rare to find someone who combines such clinical excellence with warmth and presence. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, trustworthy, and truly dedicated to their patients, I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Absolutely outstanding.
Bad experience after they switched staff. I went to get a regular teeth cleaning lasted a whole 7 minutes. They did not polish my teeth. I also got a deep cleaning and they failed to reach out to me in the proper time for a recommend polish follow up. The receptionist does not fully understand the protocols. Failure to communicate and poor service overall I will be reporting them to my insurance company.
Both dentists do an amazing job with their work- they do a good job explaining, taking a conservative approach and yet solving problems I’ve had for years. They also take extra time to make sure the end product is exactly what you’re looking for with incredible graciousness. Their office staff also does a wonderful job dealing with the challenges presented by insurance- they work hard to give the best estimates possible and file the claims well. So grateful for good dentists and their staff!
I had a disappointing experience at Lake Forest Dental Wellness. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the staff didn’t see me until 4:20 PM. The quality of treatment was also poor — I had cavities filled about a year ago, yet I continued to feel pain. When I visited another clinic, I was informed that the issue was likely due to the doctor not applying the proper spray after the filling. Overall, there seems to be a lot of concerns with the care provided at this clinic
This is hands down the most unethical, money-hungry dentist office I’ve ever encountered. It’s a complete scam operation that exists only to drain your wallet. They overcharge for everything, demand payment months in advance, and constantly try to “upgrade” basic procedures into overpriced services that aren’t covered by insurance. A simple cleaning somehow turns into a “deep cleaning” that costs five times the price. The entire place feels like a money-laundering front, not a legitimate dental practice. The staff are rude, dismissive, and care only about payment — not patients. The dentist barely seems qualified and spends more time pushing unnecessary treatments than actually providing care. This office is a disgrace to the profession. I genuinely wonder how they’re even allowed to operate. STAY AWAY. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the headache — there are plenty of honest dentists out there, and this isn’t one of them.
