Exceptional dental care and professionalism! Dr. Soleimani and her staff provided me with top-notch service. From the warm welcome at the reception to the expert care during my appointment, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The office is immaculate, and the team's attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr Soleimani and her amazing staff for anyone seeking exceptional dental care.
Took my husband in to get his teeth cleaned on the 22nd and have them look at a tooth that had been bothering him really bad they said it was due to his root canal done improperly. They said that he would need to come back so a specialist could take a look and that he could have it redone or extracted. They said they would provide a treatment plan via email within a day it has been days later now the 25th and we still have not received anything from them. We went to another dentist to get a second opinion since his pain was so bad. We found out that the pain was not due to the root canal but rather another tooth that had a huge abscess. The dentist pulled the tooth in the same appointment for a much lower price that had been mentioned by this dentist office. I don't recommend this place. Overpriced, not honest, no follow-up. Alli the front desk receptionist talked a lot and gave a lot of recommendations when she is not a licensed dentist herself and she was incorrect and the actual dentist Dr Kathy was also wrong in her assessment. I had a terrible experience at this office! Received unprofessional, not Empathetic treatment from the Doctor and showed a lack of knowledge. Not skilled and educated staff, poorly trained! There is no follow-up before or after treatment. We have to follow up with them. Nobody wants to be left in the dark when considering your health. NOT Recommended
I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude from Dr. Soleimani and the staff at this Dental Facility. Dental work is absolutely painless and fast, and the staff is beyond nice and accommodating. With that being said, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Soleimani for any of your dental needs and wants!
Wish I had seen the reviews prior to my appointment! The Dr is very rude and extremely unprofessional, I went in for one thing (which did not get treated) and by the time I left she was stating she needed to remove my wisdom teeth which I wasn’t even going in for. Also, the front office lady offered me a follow up appointment and the Dr made a comment and my appointment got pushed back further after I stated several times being in so much pain! Not only that, I also requested a letter for work stating I was there, after several excuses they refused to provide it!
