Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Dr. Soleimani is very good at her job. She’s knowledgeable, kind and I’m so glad that I found her. I’ve had my teeth cleaned a hand full of times at this office and each technician was kind and gentle. The front desk staff is also incredible. I highly recommend.
The worst experience I’ve ever had from a dental office. I arrived on time to my appointment and was not seen until almost a half hour later. For starters, I was never properly greeted by the receptionist, and when she took me back she called me by the wrong name. I reiterated my name only to get a blank stare. Next, I had my X-rays done by a woman who was absolutely horrible, rude, and needs to be taught proper bed side manners. The amount of times I almost gagged when she roughly stuck the X-ray guard in my mouth was absolutely ridiculous. The X-rays are not considered a pleasant experience, but I’ve never been in so much pain from the way she handled doing it. While this was occurring, she continued to mock my “small mouth”, as if it was my fault for the images not coming out correctly. At one point I even choked and spit out the X-ray mouth piece because of her lack of handling with care. When she was finished, I waited another 10 minutes or so until the dentist came in, yet when she came in she did not even introduce herself to me. The X-ray assistant and her reviewed my paperwork together behind me. This alone felt off, as a dentist practitioner she did not practice any bed side manner. When it was time for the dentist to exam my mouth, she forcefully badgered me with questions about flossing, brushing, etc. Normal questions in any other setting, but the way she communicated was atrocious. The x-ray technician also continued to mock my “small mouth.” The dentist then proceeded to ask what kind of electric toothbrush I used and at one point both her a the rude x-ray assistant were talking simultaneously to me. I felt like I was being attacked for not know the brand of my toothbrush, the shape, and the type of electric brush it was. I proceed to tell them, “I’m sorry, but I don’t know.” When that encounter was over, the dentist gave her assessment saying I need a deep cleaning and repeated back a comment I made about flossing which I perceived as a mocking jab (it may not have been, but after everything I was experiences my buttons were already pushed.) Then, the dentist and the x-ray assistant leave and I end up sitting and waiting around for another 20 minutes. I finally asked if I was going to be getting a cleaning today, and the x-ray assistant said that they were “on the phone with my insurance to see if it is covered.” I responded “It should be covered, I gave you guys all my dental information when I made the appointment two weeks ago.” The x-ray assistant responded with “we were short staffed yesterday.” (Which has nothing to do with what I was asking.) Finally, I get the receptionist to come in with and she asks how I everything’s been so far and I honestly told her “not great.” I went in to brief detail of what I’ve previous written in this review. Her blank stare continued to validate that this place is not an establishment I want to associate myself with, but I was still waiting to get my cleaning done. At this point, she hands me a piece of paper saying how much my deep cleaning would cost. Total not covered by insurance was $420. I told her I’d come back for this if I could just get a regular cleaning now. She said I couldn’t do that and need the deep cleaning, which is a complete LIE. She told me to sign this paper confirming that we discussed the treatment assessment. I told her I would not sign, and that if I am not going to get a cleaning I’d like to leave. She even had the nerve to ask if she could schedule me for the deep cleaning. I told her no thank you and left. I’ve never left a review like this before, but people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, along with friendly communication and empathic practitioners. You will not find that at this establish. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
Came in for teeth cleaning and filling. Billed insurance for me no hiccups Provided me coffee before while I waited and gave me water throughout the cleaning when I could drink. Lindsey and Dr.Gaff made a great caring team and I would recommend any one to them for a teeth cleaning and fillings. My numbing wore off pretty quick and I haven’t experience any pain.
Kathy is such an HONEST and kind Doctor and her staff , Lindsey and Monique are just the best, they all treat you like family! Hands down, the BEST ! Thank you so much!
The doctor didn’t put sales/ upgrade pressure to clients. The hygienist has the gentlest touch. They helped me figure out insurance stuff. I like this establishment a lot.
