The customer service at the de lany boutique San Clemente location is top-notch! The team is always so friendly and helpful. I stopped by the store on Friday to exchange a cute dress that I had bought a few weeks ago. Even though I didn't have the receipt, the sales girl went above and beyond to locate my purchase. I had a sizing issue with an item I bought online, but the staff made sure I had a fantastic experience, despite being out of town. In the end, I ended up buying even more clothes and gifts for my coworkers. They offer such high-quality clothing and home decor at reasonable prices. Thank you! You truly are the best boutique in San Clemente!

I had an amazing shopping experience! Loren helped me pick out amazing outfits. She immediately understood my style and color choices. I am 70 years old and I was so appreciative of her clothes choices that fit my age and style. I will definitely be back!! Ask for Loren, she’s awesome.

Awesome store that we happened across during our evening walk and caught them just as they were nearly closed. Thank you for being there. Got a nice outfit. Perfect for really any occasion, ok, well not a funeral or wedding, but really nice and comfortable. The client advisor was helpful and friendly and gave appreciated input and ideas.
