Chad is wonderful! He's so honest and helpful. I had contacted 3 other AC repair companies and all of them tried to sell me a new AC. Chad was honest and told me I did not need to buy a new AC. He was able to repair the coils and drain lines perfectly. I highly recommend him—I will only use Chad for all of my AC and Heating needs!
If you’re looking for HVAC help, DC heating is the place to go and Chad is your guy! Save yourself time and money by using someone who is incredibly helpful and trustworthy! I'm not sure what else I can add that hasn't already been said by everyone else here. Chad is incredibly responsive and so helpful in every way. My elderly parents' AC went out during a heat wave. He came the same day to help fix it and his price was the lowest of all the estimates we received. His level of service and friendliness is beyond. Today my hot water heater tank went out and he came within an hour to look at it and he saved me thousands by offering to connect me to someone to install the heater tank for me, and made sure I ordered the correct new water tank for my house. He also arranged for the old tank to be picked up. He saves you money. He is honest, service oriented, responsive and friendly. He's going to be the first person I call with any HVAC issues in the future. THE BEST. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend DC’s for getting your HVAC system. I contacted all the big names but eventually made the decision to go with DC’s primarily because of the owner Chad and his explanation of the various options based on my needs and budget. Unlike the big names in the area, DC’s is a smaller outfit that is owned and operated by Chad and his small team so you’ll always deal with the owner vs a salesman. The pricing was much better than the bigger companies even though the product is the same. The install was very very clean and that’s primarily because Chad has one of the best installers in Orange County. Went with the hybrid system and couldn’t be happier.
5-star service! I texted Chad to schedule an appointment this week, and he responded right away letting me know he was already in my area with another customer. He stopped by within an hour, took one minute to diagnose my condenser, and quickly found the capacitor was bad. He grabbed a replacement from his truck and had it installed in under 10 minutes. My AC was blowing cold again! Amazing.
I've hired Chad several times over the past 20 years for minor services on my HVAC, and he's also helped me obtain parts to make some of my own repairs. Now my home's 31-year-old original AC needed replacement and once again, Chad provided the least expensive quote and with higher quality equipment! He has always met or exceeded expectations. WOW, what a difference! The new system blows colder air, is quieter, and is far more energy efficient. I am a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend DC's Heating & Air Conditioning.
