She was constantly there for my whole family every step of the way and we so appreciate her for her hard work! Passports, Visas, Covid vacations, airfare, you name it she assisted. Caroline and her company have been incredibly helpful in our travels, always ready with great advice. Caroline was especially helpful dealing with our cruise company and travel insurance when we had to return home early due to a medical problem. Her experience, diligence and fast action resulted in our getting a full refund for excursions, which were cancelled before the initial departure and also helping me to understand and assemble all the paperwork required by the insurer to get as fully reimbursed as possible for our expenses, cruise and air fares as well as temporary expenses.

We bought a Viking River Cruise from Caroline at a trade show in Santa Clara earlier this year. We took our first ever cruise in July from Budapest to Amsterdam. Caroline's company deserves five stars for many reasons, but here are three. They walked us through all we needed to do to get ready to cruise--and there's a lot to do. Great to have someone to call who knows the answers to all our questions. We also got a great price with no pressure to upgrade unnecessarily just to make more money off us. Better than I found anywhere for prime season. Lastly, we wanted to do our own 5-day add on in London after the cruise. Caroline's team arranged with Viking a change in flights for $100.
