I came across this dental office by accident back in 2018, Dr Tuan just happened to be up at the front desk and took his time to visit with me. I shared with him my extreme fear of dentistry which is the reason why I hardly go unless there's just a major problem, which is the worst time to go because it's more expensive lol, but that's on me! Dr Tuan shared with me that he had a solution which was called sedation. Mind you, it made me nervous even at the thought of sedation, I knew that it would be necessary because I have a high gag reflex and a very small mouth and I don't like having a lower block. I scheduled my appointment, had my sedation already in place, eyes closed, didn't hear anything going on I didn't feel anything going on and no memory of anything going on while I was in the chair. The staff have always been very kind and professional with me as Dr Tuan. I had since left California and moved out of state and years later found myself with all kinds of problems in my mouth and almost a full year in a dental chair, a periodontist chair, and an endodontist chair and I did sedation for all of those visits. I am now back in SoCal and we'll be back in Dr Tuan's chair soon! I'm so thankful and greatful to Dr Tuan because otherwise I probably would be missing all of my teeth in fear of dentistry and therefore not going to the dentist at all. I highly recommend Dr Tuan and his staff!!
They make you pay for everything up front regardless if you have PPO insurance. I've been waiting over two months for their staff to provide my insurance company documentation so they can reimburse me some of the $2,000 that they took. I'm of disabled veteran with a 7 year old son I take care of as a single father. I'm begging Rosa to please provide the insurance company the paperwork they need to reimburse me some of the money. I know some of your customers probably wouldn't care and just pay out the money and forget about it, but I need to use my insurance because I am poor. Please help me. Please, if there's decency in your heart for a war veteran with the 7 year old son that needs to be provided for, please help me. I promise I will never get dental work done again if you help me out this one time. I'm sorry I got dental work done. I shouldn't have done it. I don't deserve it. Please help me so that I can provide for my son.
Dentist here. Closed my practice when the pandemic hit, so I brought my kids to Dr. Trinh. Now that I'm practicing again, you'd figure I would take care of my own children again right? Wrong. Neither will let me work on them and will only see Dr. Trinh. A little hit to the pride? Sure. A real kick in the nuts? Absolutely. But I can't argue because he's that good and his staff is always on point. I'm still better, but apparently, that's debatable. Just kidding, doc. If you're a clinician and having a difficult time with your own progeny, Dr. Trinh is your man.
I've been going to Dr. Trinh and Dr. Tuan for over ten years and I notice their staff have been with the office just as long or longer. This tells me the doctor treats the staff like family. In turn, the doctors and staff will make you feel like family too. I always feel welcome visiting the office and I always receive their best attention. The CDIC team will treat you like family and provide you with the best care.
