For MONTHS this man has been obsessively name-dropping this little oceanfront pizza joint by the pier like it’s some kind of sacred Italian temple. And let me tell you something — Oleg is a VERY picky bastard. Just like me. French elite standards. Glamorous expectations. Zero tolerance for mediocrity.
So I thought… fine. If Oleg says it’s good — it’s probably blessed.
I pull over. I walk in. Ocean breeze, chill beach vibes, happy people, the kind of place where stress just melts faster than gelato in July. Already promising.
Then I remember…
The cookie.
He kept talking about this “super mega cookie” made by Gia — the cookie boss. I honestly thought he was exaggerating (he usually does).
But OMG.
This cookie is not a cookie.
It is a life event.
My strict French diet? Straight to hell. No regrets. Worth every sinful bite.
Pizza? Legit.
Ice cream? Dangerous.
Location? Unreal — literally steps from the pier with that golden California sunset energy.
Vibe? Pure coastal happiness.
People? Warm, real, and genuinely welcoming.
Some places feel like businesses.
This place feels like a memory you want to repeat.
So yes… consider me officially converted.
From now on I am proudly a regular cookie-lover client.
And Oleg… fine.
You were right. Again.

Stopped by Cosentino’s Pizza and overall it was a decent, straightforward experience. The food is enjoyable and keeps to classic pizza flavors without overcomplicating things.
What really stands out is the fabulous location — it’s a great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the view, which honestly adds a lot to the experience.
Prices are reasonable for the area:
• Slice combos are around $9–$14
• Personal pizzas are roughly $15
• Medium to large pizzas range between $18–$30+, depending on size and toppings
• Desserts like cookies and brownies are about $2.50–$4.50
Not a place that tries to be fancy, but a solid option if you want pizza in a great location with fair pricing.

We have gone here a couple of times and their pizza is so well made. The ingredients definitely taste fresh. I also got their cookie once and it was really soft and nicely made. The service is really fast and they usually get the pizzas to everyone pretty quickly, even when it is crowded. Even though this place is right on the beach, we are usually able to get a seat within the restaurant whenever we go. We also got their garlic knots or something similar to that and it was also really good. Highly recommend this place.

I would have to say after over 20 years stopping here for pizza when I am in San Clemente the quality is the same. Yeah prices go up but as long as they are keeping their high standards then I am good with it. I got 2 pizzas some garlic knots. As good as the first time I ate here. Be back when I am on my next vacation in town.
