Had Ray , Come out to Quote a New Door in the rear of our Warehouse, Tried Numerous times to get Hold of Ray or Someone after they Came out CRICKETS, No Call Back, called 8 times spoke to a young Lady about new Panic Bars for all our Surrounding doors on our Building, She Said she would Give Ray my Info CRICKETS. Worst Customer Service, Go to Vortex Same day came out , Panic Bars Installed , New Doors Installed , Less Than a week. Commercial Doors of Orange County Doesn't Care about the Smaller Business. Worst Company to Deal with, Don't waste your time

I had this company come out to inspect the fire doors in my facility. They provided a quote for a couple of 'repairs,' which was basically an $8 plastic smoke seal around the door. They charged me more than $2,100 to 'inspect' the doors and stick on the $8 plastic seal. Then, they gave me a repair work order for 'damage' that wasn't identified during the initial inspection. DO NOT USE this company. They will create problems that you will have to pay to fix.

Waited three weeks for an estimate. Called every other day, was given nothing but excuses. If you can't do the job, just say so instead of wasting my time. If your estimator is not updating anyone or giving an estimate/quote as saying they would, give it to someone who can. Your customer service sucks.

The experience I have had with Ray and his knowledge on automatic doors goes beyond customer service. This company was recommended to me by another company's tech. They are affordable and provide excellent customer service to their clients. Highly recommend!
