Love this fan! Super easy install process, well written instructions. The control panel is a CAT5 drop so no need to run line voltage (we already had an outlet in the attic). Looks very clean and minimal once it’s installed and it REALLY moves air. I got an entire magazine to stick to the intake grill, that’s how strong the suction is! Feels like standing in a wind tunnel with it on high, and you can have a normal conversation right next to the grille without needing to raise your voice. On low I needed to go verify that it was on since it was so quiet. Looking forward to saving a bunch of money this summer!
We’re very happy with our new fan. The installation was quick and efficient. The fan has made a huge difference in cooling off our home at night. The warm air is quickly pulled out of our house. It’s just great. Wish we would have installed one sooner. Also, I was impressed with the quality of their product over the other options out there.
When I contacted Comfort Cool the only thing I knew nothing about attic fans. The only fans I had purchased were those from Target and alike. After meeting with David and Edgar, their installation expert, I felt I knew enough to make an informed purchase. They took the time to answer any and all questions. The German fan I had installed in our attic works great and cools the entire home at night so we don't have to run the AC at all. It’s about time I did a review. We have had the whole house fan for over 2 years. We use it in the evenings and overnight during the summer months and haven’t used the AC except forever a few really hot days. It really works! Installation was fast, professional and with no mess left. I recently had an issue with the fan not turning on with the remote. I called and immediately got some impressive tech support with someone very knowledgeable. Things to try and in an order easiest to hardest. It turns out I just needed to re-pair my remote with the fan, so it was an easy fix that I could do. Great customer service!
