This dental practice is top notch. All the positive comments in the reviews are true: great dentists, good atmosphere, high technology, nice office, efficient/on-time operations, etc. But the best part is, the doctors are honest here. For many years with other dentists I've had to navigate so many upsells and dishonest commentary disguised as medical opinion. I happen to work in healthcare on the business side with many family members who are dentists - and so while I understand why these often happen to patients, it still is extremely annoying having to jump from one dentist to another to avoid such experiences that leave a bad taste in your mouth. Excellence! That is what Dr Claire Cho and her lovely staff strive for with every patient. I first met Dr. Cho in 2016. Having visited numerous dentists throughout the years, my teeth were showing the wear and tear of my age of 58. My self conscious smile displayed mismatched crowns, root canals and silver fillings and in attempt to hide my teeth from the camera I would usually end up with a smirk. In 2009, an OC magazine had a article of the Best Doctors in medicine and dentistry. “One of these days I will get my teeth fixed” is what I was thought when I read about Dr. Claire Cho. One of these days. What more incentive to get ones teeth fixed than an upcoming high school reunion? Or a family reunion, a wedding, a cruise? Now’s the time! For the past six years, Mariam, Elizabeth, Kim, the every efficient dental hygienist and Elizabeth have always greeted me and other Dr Cho patients with such warmth, you almost forget you are at a dental appointment. The perfect attention to detail in Dr Cho’s practice is what has kept me as her loyal patient these past six years and I will continue to drive the 40 miles one way to see her and her staff and to help me maintain my now perfect smile! I had the best experience at Dr. Cho's office! As a new patient I was welcomed attentively, given a tour of the entire office which by the way was quiet, peaceful and very well kept. When I entered reception I was greeted with a plaque with my name "Welcoming in (insert name here). Dr. Cho's staff was very kind and communicative from the start explaining how the office is ran and where procedures are performed. I was given a welcome letter and was taken back immediately, I arrived early and still was taken back nearly right away. Dr. Cho and staff communicate via in ear radio making communication quiet, private and efficient. There wasn't any down time sitting waiting in a chair, in either the waiting room or exam, the office is ran like a machine. Dr. Cho is very good at her craft, very skilled, the work I had done looks and feels amazing. Her staff is abundantly kind and prepared! To give a better picture of how my visit transpired, I was welcomed in reception, toured facility, taken to rinse and hand clean area, escorted to exam where procedure took place, moved to hygienists chair then finally to discharge office... like a machine. I was so impressed I called after and let Dr. Cho's team know how pleased I was. I have since recommended my family and friends. Wonder experience, I found my dentist for sure!
Dr. Cho is a wonderful, professional and very gentle dentist. The entire staff treated me as if I was the only person in their care. I needed both LANAP and pinhole procedure for my mouth and was scared about the process. However, Dr. Cho and everyone in the office took their time and kept me calm during both procedures. I have never had a more gentle and careful dentist in my life. If I have concerns, I get an immediate response back. I highly recommend Dr. Cho! My 82 year old mother and 9 year old daughter also see Dr Cho and they love her. I can’t say enough good things. I hope you enjoy the same level of service that I have in her care.
Best experience ever!! Since moving to LA I have had awful dental experiences. A friend suggested Dr Cho and although it’s a long commute for me its well worth it. From the moment I called for the appointment it was a home run. The entire practice runs so efficiently and the cleanliness is 💯 The most friendly kind helpful staff and Dr Cho is brilliant.
