I came with a big party for a friend's birthday, we had a reservation and they didn't even have the right number of seats reserved. They had us all squished in the corner and we had to move tables to get in and out. We had to keep asking for extra chairs and an extra table since we payed for it. The servers took forever to take orders and after we finally got out food they never checked in to see if we needed anything so we had to hunt them down for water etc. The food was super salty but if you like mouthful of salt then you should be good. When the manager (owner) finally came around and asked how is everything I told him and he just walked away and avoided our section the rest of the time we were there. Also they charge 20% gratuity per party. 20% for poor service and poor food okaaaayyyy. The music was good though.i wouldn't come back. We also had to clean our own table because no one came to pick up the empty plates after we finished our food, the waitresses came and scooted everything over picked up our empty dishes and put them right back down on our table. We had about 4 different servers and one had the nerve to ask about her tip!!!! Girl it's included and y'all need to provide service of you want a tip. And don't come at me about if you can't tip don't come out to eat. It was included and it sucked. See for yourself if you must but I'd advise you not to. Also it was hot as heck!!! No air flow. Let me add again, THE OWNER DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE AND AVOIDED OUR WHOLE SECTION.
If you wanna go out and have some drinks with your girls, this is a place to go nice dance floor. Nice music. They got some awesome lights and smoke coming out absolutely so much fun.
Do not come here, I came here to celebrate my friends 21st and she was groped after being over served alcohol. I paid $20 for a drink then I asked a female friend to buy the same drink and she paid $11. There were 2 dudes grabbing onto my inebriated friend and we had to carry her out of the club, the dudes ran off while I tried to catch up. I am beyond furious. I will not forget their faces.
I’m happy we ended up going there last Sunday. I believe this event is once a month and getting the tickets were easy. The place is really Nice with big Dance-floor bottle service where you can reserve a table. They also had a buffet for $30 per person. It was totally worth it the food was good . There was also electronic and the old-fashioned hookahs .The service was good the Dj was fun. I highly recommend this place to get your tickets for the next month’s event.
Lizz the bartender was amazing! Superior customer service! She went above & beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable experience!
