Selling my house is not something I thought I would have to do for several more years, but due to an unfortunate personal situation, I found myself needing the services of a realtor to sell. Call it fate, the day I was going to start looking for a realtor, I got a flyer in the mail from Cesi. From the moment I first met with Cesi to talk about my options with selling my home, I knew that I was in the right hands. She offered advice and gave me options, all while being compassionate about my situation. During the renovations of the house before selling, Cesi did an excellent job having my back with the renovation company. Any issues that came up, she was on top of immediately. She was constantly over at the house to check up on the progress of construction and keep the renovation company honest. It was a relief since I had moved out of town. And Cesi remembers EVERYTHING. There were a couple of times I thought I had agreed to one thing and the renovation company was doing something else, Cesi corrected me immediately. She didn't even have to look it up. Once the renovation was complete, her entire team made the actual selling of the house a breeze. Cesi, Nicole, Nikki, and Gordana work like a well-oiled machine and just take care of everything. Literally everything. They sent me breakdowns of each open house with feedback from the visitors so I knew how people felt about the house. I felt like I was supported and that the entire team was working hard to ensure my house sold quickly, which it did, for over asking price.

I mean, Cesi was literally calling me at 8pm on a Sunday night to keep me updated and to answer all of my never ending questions.
