12-5-2025 I found this establishment on my 2good2go app. So I decided to try their specialty pizza surprise bag. I got their about 30 mins before my pick up time. So I decided to order something I haven't had for awhile eggplant parmesan. I received it within 15 mins. It came with a side of spaghetti and a piece of garlic bread. This was delicious and filling. I had enough to share with boyfriend. The specialty pizza was also yummy. Customer service was very friendly and lots of choices on their menu Will definitely be back to try other Italian dishes.
I ordered the family meal for delivery. I called 4 times to place my order. First two times, the lady couldn't hear me. 3rd time a man answered, and then just stopped talking. I finally called from the hotel phone. The lady that took our order was friendly, however didnt tell me ther delivery time was over an hour until I already paid. It was already 7pm. My son wanted a cheese pizza. So that's what I got him. The rest of the food was to be dinner, with extras for snacks/lunch next day, etc. We got the food, delivered to the hotel. We spent almost $80!!! The special was for their family speacial for 21.99 as advertised. We added wings, 2 slices of cheesecakes for $6 and canolis. Quality of pizza was sub-par at best and the cheese was smashed on the lid of the box. Wings, they were okay, some were very hard. The salad was translucent, and had red cabage, carrots and dices tomatoes with 1 side of ranch. Fettuccine, decent. Not the best. Leaked any flavor and Chicken wasn't seasoned with a grayish. Cheesecake slices (tiny might I add) with strawberry topping- okay. Canolis were bite-sized. They were crunchy and good. Best part of the whole experience. Everything was cold (which is understanable for being delivered) we heated it all up in microwave. However, we had to scrape the cheese off the pizza box. No plates provided, utensils, napkins. Extra ranch was requested, but not provided. Most likely won't be this place again. Coming as a recommendation from the hotels advertisements I expected better.
We are always pleased with the quality of the food and the pricing.. it feels like they made some changes since the last time we went and the boneless wings were even better than before. The pizza is so good!! When we go to Disneyland, Carolinas is our go to.
Nice Italian restaurant. Wanted to get a family bundle but we were informed that was for takeout. No problem though, the lady who sat and served us was amazing. There was no wait and our food was fresh and came out promptly. Great place we would recommend to a friend.
I've lived in this area for 20 plus years and oftentimes pass by Carolinas periodically, I've tried them for carry out(maybe 4 times over the past 20 years). And each time if not ordering pizza I was not satisfied. This time I MUST leave a review: I stopped in last night to treat myself to a late birthday dinner it was late and I was too tired from nursing school to go elsewhere. I ordered the pasta trio that included Lasagna chicken, parmesan and fettuccine alfredo, the bread was great, My server was very nice. The food was SWIMMING in sauce. There was so much sauce I could not taste the food. I complained to my waitress about it then I complained to the manager about it. Both of non challantly commented to me t "Oh, I'll let the cook know". Not one time was I offered a replacement meal. Not one time, did either of them say, why don't we try something else The bill came $47.87 . The third time I complained, the manager came over and offered to take ten dollars off of my bill. The portions are huge but who wants horrible suit I left everything on the table.I am sorely disappointed and the only reason I gave the food a two rating is because the bread and the wine were good. I'm not sure how this restaurant is getting.Such great ratings, it's been over two decades.And they have always been below par to me.I will never stop in Carolina's again for anything !!!
