This review is for the sales team at Capo VW. I've been in the market for a new car for about a month and finally pulled the trigger. I had been shopping out of state because WA car prices haven't adjusted to pre-Covid values like SoCal has. That being said, I reached out to a few SoCal VW dealerships to find the one that was willing to work with me, provide a transparent quote and give me the best deal. I found that at Capo VW. Steve Smith was amazing to work with virtually. He was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and willing to negotiate numbers via email. I flew down to SNA which is only about 20 mins from the airport. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chuck who teamed up with Steve on the deal. They were both so easy to work with and made the whole transaction smooth and efficient. Even the Sales Manager Nick got involved in helping me. I feel that I got a great lease on my new Golf R! I'd highly recommend this dealership for your new or used purchase. It was awesome experience. I dropped off my car the night before the service, the next day Zender sent my a car to pick me up at work so I could get my car already serviced. The car was even washed and cleaned beautifully I could not believed , because during the holidays o didn’t have time to wash it. The dealer is always immaculate the inside is impeccable, I used the restroom was so clean I didn’t want to use it but I did. I didn’t have time for the espresso I was in rush but I had it before is very good. Thank you Zender you made my day.
This was our first experience with Capistrano VW. We’d been disappointed with our local dealers. So, we tried Capo. They were great. Our Service Advisor, Brad, and Service Technician, Ron, were both knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter’s car got scheduled maintenance and special treatment for other issues identified by Ron. Michael, Buddy and Kevin were all great. The process of obtaining a new care is such a nightmare. I’m not putting in those guys but the auto industry needs to change their process.
