I hold VW in high regard because I am a huge fan of the cars. I have owned several of them and own a Arteon now which I am thrilled with. Because of that I I also expect a higher standard of service and Capistrano VW delivered. The salesman Alex was professional, polite, compassionate and listened to our requests. More importantly the GSM Kevin was also the same. There was no back and forth from Kevin and Alex with a bunch of unrealistic numbers or sales pitches. They were straight up, honest and explained in detail what was necessary to reach the goal in leasing a vehicle. I truly appreciated that and it made the purchase pleasant, yes I said pleasant! I’ve been to a few dealerships over the past months, and this one had the best service by far! Most salespeople won’t even respond properly over email or text — they just tell you to come in before talking about cars or pricing. Nick was awesome! He helped me find the right vehicle, got me pre-approved through email, and made the whole process super easy. When I came to the dealership, he made sure I checked out the car to be sure it was what I wanted. Michael showed me around the vehicle, and Paul helped me with the financing part. Everything went smoothly — I was in and out in about an hour! Overall, amazing service from everyone. Definitely recommend this place! 🚗👏
Another great experience at CapoVW! I think I am at 10-12 cars now I’ve bought or leased. Nick and his crew never disappoint. The finance team is usually great too, although my recent experience was a little disappointing and the numbers could have been explained a bit better. Amazing buying experience! Got a great deal And nice people. I had my hands full with my toddler in tow and they made sure to have everything ready to get me in and out quickly. They even had busy bag of toys for him such a great touch! Hands down best car buying experience I have had and Buddy is the best! He was so knowledgeable about everything on the ID Buzz!
