Hell no, i came in with a donut cuz I had a flat tire, Javier and his little crew were rude as all get out, said they wouldn't take card to put a used tire on, charged me a hundred cash and sold me a tire that went flat within 5 minutes. Rude, incompetent, these people are out to defraud and steal
So kind for making sure my tires were in good condition for a long trip ahead. I just walked in and they took care of checking that my lug nuts were tightened and rode ready. I'm definitely always going to do tire business with them....Thank you!!
Very happy to have been referred here! I had new tires purchased/installed elsewhere but they didn't balance them (whoops), and claimed they didn't have the right part to do it when I brought the car back. My mechanic (who doesn't do tires) sent me to CTB. Javier was terrific! I brought my car in when the shop opened, and the estimated wait time was 1.5hrs (same as what they had told me over the phone a day before). I got my call an hour and 25min in telling me it was ready. Car runs so smoothly now, fairly priced too. Will be back!
Poor customer service and follow through. I travel for a living and time is important. I used Capistrano Tire & Brake's website to obtain a quote, I completed the form it says someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours 3 days later no quote (red flag). I called them on a Tuesday, spoke to a customer service person, requested a quote 4 tires of my specification. He quoted roughly $1100, I said great when can I get it done? He says he has to order the tires should be in within a couple days. Perfect would you like payment now...no not necessary. I said I return on Friday I would like to have them installed Monday he said no problem, he will call when they arrive. I received no call (red flag 2). Saturday I called them to make sure the tires are there and I can get them installed Monday before leaving on my next trip. They have no record of an order, no tires (strike 3 your OUT). I have no time for incompetence, if they can't even take an order, I can't imagine to quality of work I would have received.
