I do not recommend this dentist. There are several issues with the systems in place there. They are very focused on selling services that the patient may or may not need. Also, patients are given gift cards upon completion of a 5 star Google review. Hopefully that helps you when you consider what some of the other people of written on here. I was informed that I had four cavities. I went to have two filled and waited over an hour to be seen. Half that time in the lobby, half in the chair. When the dentist did come in, she was preoccupied and talking with office staff while doing my fillings. The hygienist only using polish during my "cleaning". I decided not to return and see another dentist. When I visited the new dentist, I found that I actually had zero cavities at that time. I'm not sure there were any there to begin with. Money driven, money focused. Care is seriously lacking. Please look elsewhere for dental care.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in, and the office itself was clean and well-organized. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I really appreciated how gentle and attentive the dental assistant, Meera, was… she made what could have been a stressful appointment much easier. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental team.

Honestly, the front desk at Capistrano Dental Group makes all the difference. They are so kind, attentive, and on top of everything. It made the entire visit feel easy and comfortable. No long waits, no confusion, just great service from the moment you walk in. The whole experience felt seamless thanks to them! Dr. William also took her time and I was fully aware of the plan every step of the way and all the options that I had. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Capistrano Dental Group with Dr. William and his team. Dr. William is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my visit.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Wassem he was very helpful, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently with little to no wait time.
I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care and a great overall experience

I had such a great experience here! The staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and they made me feel really comfortable the whole time. The dentist was very professional and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been to. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Definitely recommend!
