I called Capistrano Air to help us with an issue with our heating system as a second estimate. Matt answered the phone and he was both courteous and respectful of the previous company and agreed to come out to take a look. Louie, the tech that showed up did a thorough job of assessing and diagnosing the issue and came up with a different root cause. Previous company wanted to replace both the Induction unit and the controller board ($3200). Louie was fairly certain it was neither of these and correctly diagnosed the issue to be the gas control valve ($700). I agreed to the work and the unit is performing flawlessly. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this company and how they handled me as a customer and the outstanding service work they did. Yes, I recommend them.
Capistrano Air installed a new AC, furnace, and duct work in a residential property I own in Laguna Niguel. Their install work and follow-up support has been excellent! I'm a super-satisfied customer!
I have used Capistrano Air for years and they always provide excellent service. I recently called about a furnace problem and Matt arranged a prompt appointment wherein George responded and quickly diagnosed the problem. Matt is always professional and very helpful when I call. Technician George has been out to my house several times and is clean, professional and effectively diagnoses and fixes the problem. Air conditioner and furnace repair can be expensive, however; I feel comfortable that Capistrano Air is not upcharging or trying to to sell me an unnecessary new system. Over the years I have shared with neighbors and friends numerous examples of the outstanding service provided by Capistrano Air…and most importantly the trust factor. Give them a call. You will be very happy with your choice and will establish a long term relationship with this company.
I contacted Capistrano Air on a Monday to help with my furnace, as it was busted and I needed a new one. They offered to come out the next day to look at it, but I wasn't available. Zack from Capistrano Air was open to come by on Wednesday to check things out. By Wednesday afternoon I had a quote, and by Thursday afternoon I had a brand new furnace. Capistrano Air was fast, professional, high quality, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them again!
We chose Capo Air for our annual maintenance of our HVAC system thanks to our friends who had a very positive experience working with them. The tech who came to our home was so friendly and knowledgeable and 0 pressure sales tactics. Got the job done and reasonably priced too! Definitely will be calling on Capo Air again for all of our HVAC needs.
