I set a deadline for myself to set up a family trust before I turned 50 years old. I waited til that self-imposed deadline to finally pull the trigger. Mr Roll created a Trust for my parents in 2002. After their passing it proved to be a wonderful tool for the surviving family. I am leaving this comment because I found that his caring for our family did not stop when my parents were gone. This year I received two checks from one of my mother's accounts payable to her Estate. Try as I may, for 5 months, I could not negotiate the checks because they were made payable to her estate.
