Dee today provided excellent customer service in involving an error that took place with my order . I wanted to recognize the manager, Dee, for her outstanding service during my visit on October 18 ,2025. My order had an issue, but they handled it with incredible professionalism and grace. They not only resolved the problem quickly but also ensured my entire family felt valued. It's this kind of care that truly sets a restaurant apart. We'll definitely be back.
Good spot for brunch! The waffle was crispy and light, and chicken was well fried. Would recommend the spicier flavors (like hot honey) for an extra kick. I liked that the meal didn't feel overly heavy. Everything was actually pretty light and easy to eat. Plenty of seating both indoor & outdoor. It's a great casual spot to eat in downtown Brea.
Bruxie never disappoints! The waffle sandwiches are a perfect mix of crispy and fluffy, packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I tried the fried chicken waffle sandwich, and it was absolutely mouthwatering—juicy chicken, perfectly seasoned, and the waffle had just the right sweetness. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was casual yet welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something unique and satisfying!
They changed their menu and got rid of all things pesto, including my favorite: the green eggs and ham special! :0( So disappointing! But their lemon cream and berries waffle is SOOOO delicious and tasty!!! That is now my new favorite. We also got their loaded fries and it was pretty good. But the cheese tasted like the fake kind. Kinda grainy. Our hostess/cashier was super friendly and helpful! We also happened to get great parking!
BEST FRIED CHICKEN AND WAFFLES 🤩 I recommend the original chicken and waffle sandwich over the Kickin’ Nashville chicken and waffle sandwich. I ordered the kickin’ Nashville chicken and while the chicken was perfectly fried and crispy and yummy, it wasn’t spicy at all and also the whole sandwich was slathered in this mayo? based sauce that I was not a fan of. The more bites I eat the more sick of the sauce I got which is not good. But the original was perfect! The combination of honey, fried chicken, and waffle all cooked to perfection was just beautiful. And they also have great crunchy coleslaw on the top which balanced what could have been too heavy of a dish. Stick with the original :) Also highly recommend the strawberry lemonade!!! It was soooo good
