As a huge fan of French cuisine, I decided to stop by Brussels Bistro on a Saturday night to taste their french/Belgian dishes and I was not disappointed!!. The escargot was perfect!. The other dishes were also excellent, and the service was exceptional. Since I didn't have a reservation (rookie mistake, especially on a holiday weekend) I had to eat on a somewhat bar table outside, which wasn't too bad, so I can't comment on the atmosphere/ambiance inside the restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend Brussels Bistro and I would come back again.

Food was pretty good. Plates came out super fast. Unfortunately, our server was brand new and could not answer a single question about anything from drinks to food. Probably would’ve enjoyed a little more if we could’ve gotten recommendations and had some questions answered. Was very loud inside (downstairs) with the kitchen ringing the bell and the bussers throwing dishes around.
I wanted to enjoy the outdoor patio or at least same ground level or above, but we were taken down to half floor down... Maybe it is just me.. but I do not like any place that is built underground. Also the ceiling was very low... not my favorite type of restaurant.
This place was quite good . The service was great , friendly and always attentive and smiling making me feel comfortable and giving me the best recommendations from their Menu. I ordered Shrimp 🍤with Garlic that was delicious , bread on the side to deep on the buttery garlic juices , I also have the salad with mussels. Really good combination . The waiter was really nice and the bartender was very attentive as well when he brought my beer . I can tell they have good management . enjoyed my meal , the nice weather and that tourist vibe when you go places you haven’t been even though we are from Around the Area .. We just love going to Laguna Beach 🏖
