Adelaide and the team at Brussels Bistro went above and beyond for my husband and me during our wedding weekend. We hosted a private rehearsal lunch at the restaurant before their operating hours. They agreed to personalize the marquee sign above the bar, adjusted the menu options for our guest, and created the most warm and welcoming atmosphere to celebrate before our wedding. Did we mention that the food and drinks are great?! We didn’t expect them to breakdown booths for our event, but they did and it was such a lovely touch to our day.
The team also agreed to open their doors after hours for a private after party after our wedding reception. While we only contracted for the bar, we loved the chocolate mousse from our rehearsal lunch so much that they allowed us to order a couple of rounds for our friends and family.
Just the greatest team and a genuine display of hospitality in the heart of San Clemente!
Thank you, Brussels Bistro team!!!

First time having Belgian food and it won’t be my last! My favorite was the hearty boeuf bourguignon and their lamb shank off the special menu which was not gamey at all. They have a decent selections of Belgian imported beers that we enjoyed almost as much as the phenomenal service from the wonderful staff.

The restaurant is in a kind of strip with a limited number of parking spots in front. However, there is a public parking half a block away where you can park. The food is phenomenal no matter what you choose, with a good selection of non-American wines. This makes the place a little pricey, but if you can afford it, it's worth trying. The ambiance is ordinary and not like a fancy restaurant. As for service, it's not as good as you'd expect for the price; it can feel rushed. On a few occasions, a server not ours has come and just dropped the drinks on a table without saying what they are or who ordered them. In conclusion, the food is excellent, the atmosphere is casual, and it can get noisy if the place is full.

Neat discovery. Great beer and dinner. Enjoyed our visit. Try the Belgium fries! Our waitress was great, helped us navigate the beers and food.

My family and friends have dined at Brussels Bistro several times. This was the first time that were there for brunch. The Croque Madame sandwich was amazing. I normally don’t get too excited about a sandwich but this one is different. Most of my family and friends chose one of the Benedictine (Eggs Benedict) options which were also very delicious. We also ordered the mussels and Belgium fries. These are a must for every meal at this restaurant. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant. Bon appétit!
