Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
By far one of my top 3 breweries I have been to. If you like sours this is their specialty. Cool prohibition looking tasting room gives a little charm to the place as well. They have everything from passion fruit, dragon fruit, pineapple and BlackBerry cherry and everything else you can think of.
The nicest tasting room in OC. Tons of room, never packed, lots of outdoor space, and beautiful. Averages around 45 beers on tap, all from The Bruery (and Offshoot, their IPA brand). Seriously the best place to get a membership to (they ship!). Terreux is a must visit brewery in OC. The attached pictures are from their barrel aging area used during special events.
Beautiful, spacious tasting room with a big patio equipped with misters and heaters. 48 taps and a wide selection of bottles ranging from sour to bourbon barrel aged. Definitely a must visit brewery for any beer fan who finds themselves in Orange County. No kitchen but they have food trucks most days and you can bring your own food.
If you like craft beer and you're in Southern California, this brewery is a must visit. A wide variety of excellent sours, creative pastry stouts, and hazy IPAs are all offered in either flights or full-sized pours. A plethora of cans and bottles to go are also sold individually or in packs. Food is supplied by rotating food trucks servicing the spacious, heated outdoor patio.
Fantastic beers, very nice tasting area tucked back in an industrial park. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a tasty food truck parked outside. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.
