Great experience at Broken Yolk! The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We ordered the Meat Lovers Omelet and Fiesta Burrito, and both were fresh and flavorful.
A special shoutout to David for his kindness and genuine service. He was attentive, welcoming, and made our visit even better. Definitely a go-to spot! we’ll be returning again! See you soon David!

I visited Broken Yolk Cafe in Costa Mesa this past weekend and had an incredible meal! I tried the Fiesta Burrito, and OMG, the meat was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned—easily the highlight of the dish.
I also ordered the Sweet Trio, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect treat. To drink, I tried the Iced Pineapple Matcha, and it was such a refreshing, unique surprise. The service was great throughout our visit; the staff was attentive and friendly. Everything we had was delicious! I highly recommend stopping by for a solid brunch.

Food was great and the wait was short it was awesome. The inside was clean and the staff was super friendly. Special shout out to Carlos F! He did awesome and gave amazing recommendations! Absolutely good food and very nice family breakfast spot.

Took my family to try Broken Yolk for the first time. I loved it and wanted to share the experience with them. As expected, just as good as the first time I had it. Carlos was our server for the day and was very attentive and accommodating. The entire staff was. Highly recommend. (:

I had an outstanding experience at Broken Yolk Cafe, and the manager Lisett deserves all the praise. She was genuinely amazing — incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and you can tell she truly cares about both the guests and the restaurant. Lisett went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checking on us often and making us feel genuinely welcomed the entire time. Her positive energy, leadership, and attention to detail really show in how smoothly the restaurant runs.
The food was fantastic as well. I ordered the Classic Benedict, Salmon Benedict, and chocolate chip pancakes, and everything was absolutely delicious and came out quickly. But what really stood out was Lisett — she completely elevated the experience and genuinely brightened up my day. Exceptional service like hers is rare, and it’s the reason I’ll absolutely be coming back.
