Brodard Restaurant - A Vietnamese Legend! 🍜 This iconic Vietnamese spot has been serving amazing food for years! What I love most is how consistent they are - every visit guarantees those same delicious, familiar flavors that keep me coming back. Must-try dishes: - Grilled Pork Spring Rolls (their signature!) - Vietnamese Egg Rolls - Luna Rice Cake with Shrimp - Dry Egg Noodle - Brodard Crepe Noodle - Duck Bun Sorry I couldn't snap pics of everything - just had dinner for two this time! 😅 But trust me, you can't go wrong with any of these classics. Definitely worth checking out if you're craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine! 👌
Still one of the best places to get spring rolls. I haven't been here in a while, but stopped by to get some rolls for the office pot luck. There are some other good Vietnamese dishes as well. For a fancier environment, visit their sister location Chateau Brodard.
Check in on Yelp when you get in your car before heading to Brodard! There is a reason the wait line is so long. We always love coming to eat here since the food is sooo tasty and good. We highly recommend the egg rolls to start with. The soups and noodles are good. The rice porridges are also a great choice. My favorite go to is the beef stew.
A little busy but the food and drinks were very good. Probably recommend to come for lunch since the wait for a larger group after 7pm on a weekend can be up to 45 minutes. Recommend the pork spring rolls and the salmon. That Elysian beer was bomb, definitely will try the bottled Vietnamese beers next time.
I miss this good food. I had a local Vietnamese restaurant that served food just like this, then is closed. So I'm extremely happy to find this place is just as good if not better then the best Vietnamese food I use to eat. I loved every dish we tried and will have to return to try them all
