Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly shocked me. As someone who worked as a dentist for 25 years overseas, I know how much patient respect and time management matter. At this office, neither existed. Patients were visibly upset, some waiting over an hour without updates. We had a scheduled appointment, yet after 90 minutes, we were still waiting. When I asked about it, the receptionist arrogantly replied, “If you don’t want to wait, I can reschedule you.” That response alone says everything about how this office treats people.
It was barely an experience. I made my appointment, and I explained that my current dentist retired so I was looking for a new dentist, but when I got there, they refused to see me because I didn't have my dental insurance card on my person. I had my proper form of I.D. but they needed the actual dental insurance card. Even though I asked if they could go online and confirm my insurance, they said they don't do that. It would have been nice had they given me a heads up to bring my card with me. After going to my dentist for 25 years, God knows where that card is. So a new card will arrive within a week or so and I'll search the list for a new dentist. I had a bad, unfriendly vibe right from the start...I walked into this small office and it took the receptionist 2 minutes to even look at me from her stapling project to even ask me if she could help me. I could understand if she was on the phone..but I was actually standing 3 feet from her. My first impression was..WOW..unfriendly!
If I can leave 0 stars, I would definitely do it. I'm just shocked what happened here! I called this clinic for the first time to schedule an exam and cleaning for my husband. The girl was nice, and everything seemed to go quickly and well. She scheduled an appointment for the next day, I called on Wednesday, and she scheduled my husband for Thursday at 9 am. Firstly, it was strange that they never sent anything to the email that day to do paperwork, but okay, they could have forgotten. But secondly, and this is just mind-blowing! My husband arrives there at the address the next day Thursday at 9 am and sees that there are .... closed! They do not work on Thursdays. This is just crazy! He wasted time, took a day off from work, to find out their schedule on the door. The most interesting thing is that when I tried to call them to find out what was going on, no one picked up the phone. Think about whether you need such a dentistry, with such an attitude towards clients.
This is my second visit. Had to switch dentists because my insurance changed. There were significant delays each time. 45 minutes from the scheduled appointment time. That said the staff is friendly. The dental hygienist was very good. It’s very odd to me that they polish your teeth before you get them cleaned.
I have been waiting 90 minutes to see the dentist. One patient just walked out and said he has been in the chair for 60 minutes. UPDATE after I went to the front desk and told them I have been waiting 90 minutes they looked confused. They totally forgot I was there. 10 minutes later I was called in. Someone took me to the chair and left me there. Dentist came in and asked me what I was there for? I provided a referral sheet when I came in. Dentist looked confused. The assistant was called and found the referral sheet mean while I was supposed to be getting x-rays and the dentist looked a little upset that nobody took me for x-rays. I think this office is really confused. I saw the reply that the Office left and if you look at it, it’s the same generic answer for every negative review. Why would I have to call them to tell them how to run their office?
