OMG! Now this was the best chicken and waffle I've ever had!!! The waffle was slightly sweet with a delicate crunch on the outside and so soft and perfect on the inside. No need for syrup unless you want to! It comes with two pieces of chicken and the four pieces of the fluffy waffle. I had no idea how big the chicken was, so I added and additional piece for $4 extra, which I didn't need and couldn't finish. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and again large pieces, crispy on the outside and juicy and tender in the inside!

First Time here—hard place to find. It’s walk up order—kiosk or possible counter if someone’s available. I got the Chicken Tenders Meal—comes with toast and one dipping sauce (any extra sauce is charged and they said it’s different charge for different sauces). Tenders are HUGE and good—I got medium spice —they said it’s with cayenne. I got the Vinegar Slaw for $1.49 extra—see the small container in photos—it’s OK—don’t recommend. Hot Honey Sauce was OK—just honey with red pepper flakes added…The house sauce (Come Back Sauce) was tasty.
Jose was friendly and helpful in getting my order. Thank you Jose!
I took my food into the small mall area next door and sat in the courtyard—much better than the small inside seating at the restaurant with LOUD Club Music (love that music, just not when in a small place trying to eat). They have two levels of Spicy above medium-so if you want spicy chicken—def give this place a try. Meat is fresh and tasty.

The whole staff was welcoming! Ask if I have been there, help me out with there popular items and the levels of heat of their chicken. 10/10 for me! We love the atmosphere, and the service! Definitely well recommended. The chicken sliders were delicious and big, fries were perfect. 👌🏾

What a wonderful chicken restaurant. The ladies who were working this evening were very kind and answered all my questions. I believe her name was Laura she even came out to the parking lot and got my attention that my order was ready, she was very nice.
The restaurant is clean and decorated well.
I ordered a little bit of everything to sample and the food was just absolutely wonderful. The big old chicken sandwich is huge I even pulled out one of the pieces of chicken to eat the following day so the picture where you see the half eaten sandwich that's only with half the chicken that it comes with because it was so much.
The grilled cheese was magnificent and they do not skimp on the cheese .
The millionaire mac & cheese was amazing.
The potato salad was good, regular potato salad not bad at all.
I think the only drawback I noticed was they are a Pepsi shop and not a Coca-Cola shop ha ha.
I give these guys a 10 out of 10 for great attitude, service and food

This little chicken shop at The Lab in Costa Mesa, offers a great selection of chicken sandwiches, bites, strips, and loaded fries. You can select your level of heat from wimp to Carolina reaper. I chose mild for my sandwich and it had quite a kick. The chicken breast in my sandwich was big, juicy, and crispy with the adequate amount of heat 🌶🐔 my fries were hot and crispy and dipping then in their signature sauce was better than using ketchup. The pickles were amazing and added a nice balance of flavor. I would definitely come back.
