Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
We\n Got a great tip from a couple at the hotel, We were staying at and he told me he knew the owner of this restaurant and that it's awesome. We should check it out, let me tell you something. I'm so glad we took the suggestion, this was a great place for great Italian food. It's got an amazing little store For italian goodies in the front , as well as an amazing bar and restaurant with an amazing view. If you're lucky enough to get there when the Sun sets, it would be way worth it, it was great anyway, the food was over the top. The service was even better, the restaurant itself is amazing I happened to run into the owner and shared a few amazing bourbons with him at the bar. He was a great conversation and we had a great-great time. Can't wait to come back so glad we took our suggestion from the guy we met. We gave this place a 10 out of 10. A++
What an incredible place. The service was outstanding, and Saoul took such thoughtful care of us that our dinner felt extra special. Every dish impressed us. We ordered a few pizzas along with the chicken and the salmon, and each one delivered amazing flavor. The desserts were a wonderful finish and almost stole the show. I would gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal and warm hospitality.
Solid food and cocktail menu but nothing beats the atmosphere. Amazing views from the patios and a really well designed interior make this place special. Can easily handle larger groups but still cozy enough for a date. Didn’t try the bakery or any of the market good but looks like some fun stuff to be had. Great bar scene as well!
We went to Bottega Angelina for dinner on a Friday night. We had a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, but were seated quickly. The location of the restaurant isn’t within walking from the beach but isn’t a very long drive either. Probably explains why it wasn’t too crowded for a Friday night. The decor and ambiance are absolutely spectacular. From the balcony there, you have exceptional views of the ocean. We ordered our bottle of wine which came out quickly. The wine was excellent. We placed our orders for the starters and entrees. Overall, food and food presentation were excellent. We will definitely go back again.
This restaurant really has it all. Live, soulful music on the weekends. A stunning ocean view. Delicious food with a straight forward menu. I would confidently say this is one of the best places to eat in southern Orange County. Our server Jayden was attentive, warm and friendly. We tried three different pizzas and I would recommend them all. The Burrata Tartufata had the perfect amount of truffle, adding complexity without overpowering the creaminess of the burrata or the slight bitterness of arugula. The Diovola was more simple yet still flavorful, the chili oil adding a touch of flavor without making it spicy. Comparatively, the Stagionale came with Calabrian peppers that very spicy! Overall we were impressed by the wide variety of pizzas to choose from. The calamari dish had a light batter with a great crunch and a pistachio dipping sauce that was also excellent. 10/10 recommend Bottega Angelina. There is also a small market with imported goods with a gelato bar that is open during the day. Parking is free and easy.
