Pure Italian Bliss Friend, your Bollini’s restaurant is a gem! The NY pizza is perfection—crisp crust, vibrant tomato sauce, and melty mozzarella with that wood-fired smoky edge. The cioppino stole my heart: tender clams in a garlicky, white wine sauce with a hint of chili, paired with perfect pasta. The cozy vibe and warm, friendly service.

Incredible flavors. Not usually fan of pasta or Italian food, but I went here with a friend who was craving woodfire pizza. Had the 14" mushrooms pizza, with some spicy garlicky special condiment that they recommended. It was SO yummy and the staff above and beyond nice. Heads up, tho: cash only.

Im not sure what the rave reviews are about but the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a pizza and the toppings and cheese were all placed in the middle of the pie no where near the crust. I ordered a pasta dish that was very oily and was inedible. The space is very small, chaotic and very loud. Definitely not a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal.

The Worst, just so everyone knows this is "A pizza Joint" Not a restaurant in any shape or fashion. I walked in at 7:00 p.m. And it literally took 50 minutes to be served my dinner. I placed an order for two pasta dishes, one to go so apparently the waitress who I was told was relatively new, made a mistake and put both pastas as a to-go order. So I sat there like an idiot with a glass of tea which I drank for about 25 minutes and they never asked me even during my entire time there if I wanted a refill. So quite frankly when it comes to waitresses who know what they're doing, at least the server that I had was worst of the worst. Finally, when the error was corrected I received a bag and then finally my actual pasta dish which was already 50 minutes late since I walked in the door and I took a few bites and asked that to get itwrapped up so that I could go ahead and leave. One server came with the check and said the girls really sorry she was crying so I sent her home and we're going to take $10 off your bill. The reality is when rate when a waitress does not come and check the table say every 10 minutes just to pause for 5 seconds and ask the people. Hey are you guys good? Are you okay? Do you need anything? That's all you have to do to have engagement with a table to make sure that they're taken care of satisfied. Have a good experience and leave a good tip. Apparently that's not what happens at some places. This was an example. I actually let the waitress who came and brought me the bill know this because I was a waiter way back in the day and I made really good tips in a fairly decent restaurant because I took care of the customer. I always made sure that I checked in on him every 10 minutes. Just poked my head in the window. Ask how you're doing. Do you need anything?. At any rate, I ordered the pasta primavera with lobster had a bunch of clam shells. I didn't see any lobster. The taste was mediocre at best and the same for the other carbonara pasta that I ordered when I reheated that the next day. Based on my experience if I was going to try a pizza yeah I'll give him a shot but anything other than that forget it.

Great spot. Already looking forward to coming back. The folks running the place were kind, we had great conversation with other diners, and the food was the ideal combo of elevated flavor that still "tastes like Nonna used to make." If you're thinking about stopping in, do it. You'll be happy you did.
