I’m responding to a low star review about pants fitting when they tried them on and then when they actually wore them they sink down low. Sorry but that’s not the company’s fault that’s your fault for not “trying” them on. Sure things look great in heals when we are standing upright but come on! It’s your fault for not even bothering to look at how they would fit when you weren’t standing up right!
I also have a review on a warm Sherpa comfy coat I just bought. The sales gal, I wish I knew her name, told me to get the small but as a 47 year old mom I hesitated to get the small and got the medium. I should have listened bc it doesn’t look right and it’s an almost $400 winter coat. They have a wonderful 15 day exchange or store credit!! I love this store so much and so do many of my friends. I am just really hoping they have the small because I love this unique sherpa jacket. If not… I will find something else I love. That being said… listen to the sales gals and if you buy pants, really try them on instead of complaining when they don’t fit your a…. When you sit down or bend over. Some chose to size up and are wrong and some choose to size down and wrong. The store is not at blame for either. And when in doubt, buy Micheal Stars! One size fits all or most? Dont blame the store if you happen to have a skinny day.

I went into the Blue Eyed Girl off Golden Lantern today. I was immediately greeted by a lovely sales woman named Janet. She was so sweet and so welcoming ❤️. I ended up staying for almost 45 minutes there trying on some darling clothes that she suggested for me and I ended up buying a fall blouse and some Riddle perfume. I hadn’t been in the store for a few years and their clothes are darling, but the real pleasure of the day was meeting Janet. What an asset to your store and because I had such a pleasant experience today, I’ll be back.

I was at Blue eyed Girl in Laguna Niguel today and although I don’t usually write reviews I had to say - THANK YOU SHARON. I was greeted immediately with a warm smile. I believe a lady had called in to the store as she really wanted to see a dress on a body, and Sharon actually took a picture of herself wearing it to share with the potential customer as they are the same size. I commented to Sharon that this goes way beyond staff requirements and how impressed I was that she would do this to help someone out. So thoughtful!
Sharon helped me make shopping choices when I asked her opinion and she was bang on. She gave me ideas on how to wear a jumpsuit. Complete attention! When I paid, Sharon realized I had two accounts and said she would get her manager to amalgamate them as I had points in both. When I arrived home she even called me to provide further follow up for me. I just don’t ever get help, attention and real care like this shopping anywhere else. Blue Eyed Girl should count your lucky stars that you have Sharon as an employee. Simply because of her I will return and bring girl pals that visit me from
Canada. Sharon you are one of a kind and may your kindness shown to me today come to you a hundred fold! 🤍

The clothes are very beautiful but the clothes are not very well done. My pants I bought fit nicely when I tried them on but when I actually used them I found out that I would sit down they would slide down from my behind. There not very much put into thought. Everything besides pants and jeans, especially cuz of the trends they do. I expect the best from pricey stores but no they don't do there sewing by heart. I wash them and they get wrinkly and at the thrift store I wash them so they are clean and seemingly just bought from the store.
