Beyond their size, small businesses are defined by their spirit. And at the helm are their intrepid founders—scrappy, ambitious, and resilient. They invent and build things despite uncertainty, because it’s what drives them. Their risks lead to innovation that moves the world forward. And we need them.
Worst experience i ever got. After holding pizza for few minutes my hands full of burn black powder. I tried to trim and wipe out all the dust but could not. I showed one of the staff who handed my pizza before. He said it is supposed to be that way . The powder is from flour and it is black means that it is cooked well. I am going back to think I am supposed to eat black dust. I had been eating blaze pizza but thinking to myself it would not ever come back due to unhealthy cooking, over burn. And it is true the staff not cooperating wit each ohter. One staff sign off to the other one come on mot warch over burn and not admit their mistake
If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would! My experience at Blaze Pizza was nothing short of awful. The pizza I received was burnt, likely due to not paying attention and uncleaned dishes or equipment, and the tables were incredibly dirty. It was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. To make matters worse, I waited over 15 minutes to speak with a manager about the issues, never showed up as they didn’t seem to care. Extremely disappointing! I won’t be coming back.
Attention quality control: I visited the Blaze Pizza at the San Clemente outlets tonight to get birthday pizza for my 12 year old grandson’s birthday. I am attaching a photograph of the absolute lack of cleanliness of the order/prep area: image0.jpeg I am presuming that you are as appalled as I was about the stated of the food area of this restaurant. I ordered a pizza so as not to disappoint my grandson, but I am worried that we might get ill. This was not the only negative about the visit. The employee who waited on me (Seth R) was very obviously in a very bad mood about having to make pizzas. He was crabby, and after making it he literally threw my pizza into the oven. I believe that you would not have passed the health inspection if they had come in tonight. This was a hideous experience and gives Blaze Pizza a very bad name. Feel free to contact me concerning this visit. Most sincerely, Dr Tara Burnett-Doering Sent from my iPhone
Blaze before, Blaze after.... but really try a rising crust with extra pesto, extra cheese, and chicken; don't forget the minced garlic and salt and pepper too. I've been getting it that way since Blaze first opened. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Oh, of course, always great customer service when I go.
They lost my wife's pizza twice. The girl calling out the names says the names so low you can't hear it. I asked to speak to the manager and asked where the pizza was. He said someone probably took it. He asked if I wanted a refund or the pizza. I said we're hungry. We want the pizza. He said he would give me coupons. He handed me coupons that expired in 2023. He was in the back most of the time on his phone. Instead of making sure the pizzas were getting done. They were swamped and losing people's pizza. Make another table at the end. Have one employee call out the names, and don't let people grab the boxes on their own. That's why ours got lost. Hope that helps. I'm never going back there
