I never knew this franchise existed until my girlfriend and I wanted to try somewhere new. It was such a cozy experience and the staff was very friendly. The food isn’t out of this world, but it hits everything just right. Large portions and reasonable prices. The Bigfoot isn’t nearly as big as the name would imply, so don’t be scared away by it, hahaha
This spot has become part of our weekly routine, and it never disappoints. Every visit feels just as enjoyable as the last. The food is consistently delicious and arrives just the way we like it. The service is attentive and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. Jennifer always makes us feel comfortable with her warm and caring attitude, checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect.
Out of state visitor here, I got recommended to visit here. I loved it a ton! Food was good, the atmosphere felt home-y, and Ashley was amazing and owned the place! (figuratively) I got the Scrambowl and it was flavorful and filling along with the thickest pancake I have ever had. Can't recommend this place enough when you are in the area.
First time at a Black Bear Diner and didn’t know what to expect, but I must say, I was very happy! Left very full. Will definitely return and try something else. My sister had the pancakes and they looked delicious. Our server Vanessa was great. Her section was pretty full, but she still managed to talk to every table and didn’t rush us to order. She still took her time and was very patient!
I came to the black bear diner for the first time ever with the boyfriend. 😛 I mean I’ve lived here for so long and never went in idk why lol. But anyways, so the food was real good I got full real fast big portions. Service was nice especially Vanessa she was a real sweetheart to me and my boyfriend and she was a constantly checking up on us and making nice conversation. I appreciate her customer service.
