Solid dishes at fair prices from this Italian mom and pop in Lake Forest. Is this the fanciest Italian place with a full bar and bougie vibes? No. Is it a family restaurant with generous portions and high quality flavors? Yes. This is particularly reflected in your price at this no frills establishment. The free bread was hot and fluffy, the appetizers nicely fried, and each entree or lunch portion was heaping. I loved my fettuccine Alfredo with anchovies. The sauce was, chef's kiss. Would love to come back!

Great time. Welcoming staff! Delicious food. Ordered very large 2 person family meal special that wiife and kids split (pizza, spaghetti with pink sauce, salad, bread); I had lasagna Bolognese ..piping hot! The amber bock on draft was super cold too! Will be coming back!!!
It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to say the service was above par, this was such a pleasant experience. My 3 kids all loved their food as did the grownups! My husband loved the short rib ravioli, and I was SO happy with all of the gluten free options!!!
Had a great meal here tonight. Our server Aris helped us and was Johnny on the spot with our drinks bread and getting the dinners out hot. Husband John had the Veal marsalla very good served over spaghetti. I had the Fettuccine alfredo with added chicken and mushrooms . Very good and tasty. He had a salad the creamy garlic salad dressing is fantastic. We purchased a pint to go. I had the minestrone soup which was good. We came here on our short trip from Florida because myngudbannd used to dine here frequently when stationed at El Torro. Same owners and chefs. They have been serving this community for 48 years : )
