Kristina put together a letter and did a mail campaign to the area we were most interested in. The first letter campaign netted out two people who said they might be interested but neither home was a good fit and Kristina followed up with a second letter campaign. This was a win! There were two options that came through from this effort and we found one that worked. We closed on our home in April and I believe we would not have had the success if Kristina had not found a home not yet on the market. I plan to use Kristina when we sell our home and would recommend her without reservation.
Tom Tomaiko is the worst. He does not listen to your wants or needs. He was condescending, rude, and would argue with what we (I) thought was important. He listened to my husband, but would not consider what I wanted as important. He was pushing us to make a bid on a house that we weren't in love with, and was mad at us for wanting to see other houses, as we were wasting his time. Do yourself a favor and work with somebody else.
