Just selected the Benjamin Franklin company randomly on the internet to research the pool leak I was having. So glad that I did. The service was same day and very professional. Todd the service guy was very polite and friendly and took the proper steps to find the leak efficiently and quickly. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

You can tell this company is being built with strong values and genuine care for customers and the community. Look at their service vehicles! They look very professional. Something to expect from a premium brand. I know their management, they are dependable, honest, and hardworking. They take pride in professionalism and treat people with respect.

How refreshing to have a plumber who is so knowledgeable, and willing to explain every detail that is wrong and needs to be fixed. Shayn Thomas has been my go to plumber for years, and is an excellent addition to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Sam Clemente. This is the plumber you need if you have any plumbing issues.

The plumber, Todd Moore was amazing. He was patient and respectful and thoroughly explained every step of the work involved. It was very evident that he cared for his customer and that we were satisfied with the work. Todd did his work with care and performed as if he was working in his own home. We very much appreciate the professionalism!
